I joined RWC in March 2025 as a Superintendent, overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, working through change orders and ensuring projects meet standards for safety and quality. I first worked with RWC as a carpenter from 2011 to 2012 and have been in the construction industry since 1996, when I joined the Carpenters Union. After a career shift, I served as a City Superintendent of Public Works, where I managed gas, electrical, and water/wastewater utilities along with other city infrastructure. I hold various certifications in utilities and public works management and am a certified lineman. In addition, I’ve been a firefighter and EMT for 15 years and currently serve as Fire Chief for my local volunteer fire department. Even while serving in public works, I have never been absent from the construction industry, continuing to stay active through residential remodeling and hands-on projects in my free time.
Originally from New Ulm, I’ve lived in Fairfax for over 20 years. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife and spending time with our four grandchildren — soon to be five.
