We pride ourselves on servicing our clients long after the project is complete and standing behind our work. Being local also means we have an intimate knowledge of local subcontractors and suppliers and their strengths and weaknesses. We also have excellent, long-standing working relationships with them. Since 1945, our company has had continual operation in the construction industry.

Our RWC team consists of a staff that will fit all of your needs:
Scott Umhoefer as our President, Jeremy Hatlevig as our Vice President of Operations, Project Managers and Estimators, and a field staff of tradesmen who are highly trained in all phases of construction. This includes professional and dedicated Supervisors, layout people, equipment operators, forming carpenters, finish carpenters, laborers, concrete finishers and certified welders.
We also work closely with trusted subcontractors who understand our customers goals and vision. Together we honor our commitments and keep the customers best interests in mind with every project.
